Robin DiPrima Koroskenyi

 

  • Robin Koroskenyi graduated from the School of the Worcester Art Museum in 1979 as a Design Major, and from Zion Bible Institute in 1982 with a Christian Education diploma.

 

  • An award-wining artist, Robin received the Excellence in the Arts award from the city of Leominster, and the Emily B. Porter Guild Award from the Fitchburg Art Museum among many other recognitions, and she was nominated twice for the prestigious Commonwealth Award for Excellence in the Arts, once as an artist, and once as a teacher.

 

  • Her depiction of Johnny Appleseed is on permanent display at the Johnny Appleseed Visitor's Center in Lancaster, Massachusetts.  Her work has been exhibited in various juried shows including the Worcester Art Museum, the Fitchburg Art Museum and Arts Worcester.

 

  • During her teaching career, which spans well over twenty-five years, she was employed by the First Assembly Christian Academy, and the Fitchburg Art Museum.  Currently, she teaches six after-school art classes in her own studio during the school year.

 

  • Robin has also distinguished herself within the city of Leominster, by virtue of her public service, having been appointed to the city of Leominster's Cultural Commission, and by receiving the first-ever Citizen's Award presented to her at city hall during the Mayor's inauguration.

 

  • Robin's reputation for art, design, and organization led to her being asked to produce two highly successful art shows at the Soulfest Music Festival in New Hampshire.

 

  • From 2006 until the present, Robin has served as the Worship Arts Director at Christian Life Center.  She oversees the dance teams, dramas, human videos, and visual art performances at the church.  Robin was also the youth director for ten years. 

 

  • In 2014, Robin celebrated thirty-six years of marriage with her husband, Steven, the pastor of Christian Life Center.  She is the mother of three sons, Anthony, a songwriter living in Boston, Alexander, the owner of a production company, and Andre, a videographer for ESPN and other major networks.
